Jose Rodriguez

Having moved to the valley 12 years ago with his wife and children from Denver, Colorado, Jose brings a lot of passion for the game of lacrosse along with experience in player and coach development.  Jose first picked up the game in prep school just outside of Annapolis, MD.  Having played through high school, some in college and in grad school, Jose helped develop, manage, and became Head Coach for Wright State University Men’s Lacrosse Club which carried on for some 25+ years in the Midwest. 6 years ago as his younger girls had an interest in the game, Jose transitioned from coaching the Men’s game to coaching the Women’s game.

With 25+ years of business development, sales and consulting, Jose has a strong drive and initiative for building and developing teams in business and in sports. Being new to Vortex Elite, he’s looking forward to working with the club, the parents and the league to develop the players and the teams into a nationally recognized premier organization.
